About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure to join our team at Reveleer. This is a remote position where you will lead cloud operations across various platforms, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available. As a Director of Cloud Infrastructure remote role, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the healthcare technology sector, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Own cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including compute, storage, networking, and security controls.
  • Lead EKS and container platform operations, managing cluster lifecycle, RBAC, networking, upgrades, and security controls.
  • Manage Lambda and other serverless workloads supporting event-driven and microservice architectures.
  • Oversee CI/CD, blue/green, and canary deployments, ensuring continuous improvement of release reliability.
  • Implement observability and monitoring using tools like New Relic and CloudWatch.
  • Drive cost optimization strategies for compute, storage, and data transfer, ensuring right-sizing and cloud cost forecasting.
  • Enhance infrastructure security through IAM, RBAC, network security, and secure access patterns.
  • Lead incident management and collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud networking, IAM, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and incident response practices.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud design patterns (Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards.
