Headway is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Business Operations - Patient Care to join our team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA while playing a crucial role in shaping our patient care operations. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our patient services, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of care to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the business operations team focused on patient care, driving performance and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with patient care initiatives.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all operational processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of patient care processes and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare technology solutions and patient management systems.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
