About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Affiliate Programs - Nutra Focus in Asia to lead the development of our affiliate network in the Asian market. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategy and execution of our affiliate programs, focusing on the Nutra sector.

What You'll Do

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for affiliate program growth with a focus on the Asian market.
• Optimize the business model to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage the P&L of the affiliate division, ensuring margin optimization across verticals.
• Expand the program into new Asian markets, driving brand awareness and market penetration.
• Build and nurture a diverse portfolio of brands, enhancing publisher engagement and recruitment.
• Lead a team by hiring specialists, developing leaders, and fostering a culture of performance and results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a focus on Nutra.
• Fluent in English with a conversational level of C1 or higher.
• Proven track record in affiliate program management and strategic development.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and program performance.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
