Digital Product Growth Marketer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Growth Marketer - Remote to join our innovative team at Promptcloud. In this role, you will focus on driving top-of-funnel growth and generating qualified leads for our product, Jobspikr. As a Digital Product Growth Marketer, your primary objective will be to enhance marketing-generated leads and web signups for our sales team through effective demand generation strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and improve inbound leads, nurturing them for better conversion across digital channels.
• Plan and execute social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and Reddit.
• Set campaigns for success with optimal targeting to achieve monthly signup and lead targets.
• Analyze campaign data to draw meaningful insights that improve campaign ROI.
• Manage third-party listings and company profiles across various business directories.
• Utilize Agile CRM for campaigns and lead tracking.
• Support team members on digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and content development.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of digital paid media strategies, including Google Search & Display and Paid Social.
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEM.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of web design and WordPress is a plus.
• Having your own blog or website is a significant advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
