What You'll Do

• Manage personal expenses and income for privately used assets.
• Execute payments via various financial instruments.
• Conduct monthly accounting of personal expenses.
• Provide detailed financial reports and insights.
• Communicate with contractors regarding payments and documentation.
• Oversee expense verification and allocation.
• Ensure validity of financial documentation.
• Support corporate treasury functions as needed.
• Improve processes related to personal finance management.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with banking payment operations.
• Proficient in reconciliation and accounting fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ERP and finance systems.
• Knowledge of crypto wallets and security practices.
• Ability to create concise management reports.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in travel support and business assistance.
