About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives. Your expertise in web and social media channels will be crucial in collaborating with global, regional, and local market advisors to achieve impactful marketing outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including web and social media channels, to support overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create and manage online marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze interaction data, market trends, and insights to advise on campaign journeys and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Optimize website and mobile experiences, recommending and implementing web advancement models and ecosystem simplification.
  • Create and manage project work plans, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Assess and monitor campaign performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets, using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Utilize project management tools like JIRA to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing strategies focused on the web channel.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with clients in the United States.
  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies and best practices for digital marketing.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to think on the fly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Experience working within project management and CRM software is preferred.
  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Energy: oil and gas clients strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.
