Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist - Hybrid Role in Lisbon

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Google Ads to optimize digital marketing campaigns and drive performance in a dynamic and performance-driven environment. What You'll Do

• Optimize and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Work hands-on with Google Ads to drive measurable results.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Support advertisers with campaign strategy and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Fluent/native level in German.
• Minimum B2 level in English (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
• Experience with Ads tools, Digital Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and optimization skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with social media advertising.

• €23,000 gross per year salary.
