About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead and scale global digital marketing operations that drive data-driven growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce.

- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing.
- Establish data governance standards for high data quality and compliance.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of lead management and data governance.
- Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
