About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Lead (International) remote to join our team at The Fred Hollows Foundation. This role is pivotal in designing and executing digital strategies that align with our fundraising goals across various international markets. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in preventing avoidable blindness and restoring sight globally.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support our business development goals in the UK, US, HK, and AU.
  • Lead content creation, publishing, and management of digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with a team of digital specialists to enhance our online presence and engagement with key audiences.
  • Establish a reporting framework to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and ensure alignment with fundraising objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Experience with website publishing and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present strategies and reports effectively.
