About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Digital Learning Designer - Video (Remote) to join our global Education team at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging video learning experiences that improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, compelling video learning experiences.
  • Film and edit video content for educational purposes, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  • Design digital learning materials for our sales teams and create short videos about key medical concepts.
  • Manage projects from concept development and storyboarding through to filming and post-production.
  • Ensure all content complies with internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in education, instructional design principles, and/or multimedia tools.
  • Expertise in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design tools like Articulate.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes through powerful digital storytelling.

  • Experience in healthcare or medical education.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
