We are seeking a Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in accelerating brand growth across digital channels through strategic storytelling and data-driven decision-making. As a leader in digital marketing, you will build a high-performance marketing ecosystem that blends creativity with analytics, ensuring that all digital touchpoints deliver consistent, measurable outcomes at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy and execution of paid social and digital lead generation across platforms like Meta.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve cost per appointment and revenue targets.
  • Own full-funnel performance from click to booked appointment, enhancing conversion rates through structured experimentation.
  • Develop segmentation and nurture strategies within CRM and database marketing.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable growth insights, building dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Test new creative formats, AI tools, and automation workflows to identify scalable growth levers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a relevant agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta paid social campaigns.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Strong CRM and database marketing experience.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities using GA4 and ad platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or lead generation business models.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
