Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design systems, UI/UX, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with scalable design systems and product design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in product management is a plus.
