Deployment Strategist - Remote Position in AI Voice Technology

About the Role

We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to join our innovative team at ElevenLabs. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the EMEA region while focusing on deploying our cutting-edge voice AI technology. As a Deployment Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in synthesizing complex customer needs into actionable solutions, making this a unique opportunity to impact the AI landscape.

What You'll Do

• Engage with strategic customers to identify their audio and voice AI needs, pinpointing their biggest challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into tailored solutions.
• Design and architect custom integrations that seamlessly fit into customer operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for maximizing the effectiveness of our AI models.
• Present findings and proposals to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Work closely with Research and Product teams to incorporate customer insights into our AI models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of our technology to new and existing clients.
• Scope potential applications in new industries, expanding our AI solutions globally.
• Take ownership of major projects, ensuring high-impact solutions are delivered effectively.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams for optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, even if through student clubs or side projects.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts logically.
• A proven track record of ownership in complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to various customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp our voice and audio AI models and their applications.
