Demo Deployment Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join Indra Group as a Demo Deployment Specialist in a remote capacity, where you will play a crucial role in showcasing our cutting-edge technological solutions. What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical deployments tailored to client needs, ensuring that every demonstration is a true representation of our solutions.
• Identify and assess the logistical, technical, and infrastructure resources necessary for successful demo execution.
• Oversee the preparation, transportation, installation, and configuration of equipment and solutions for demos.
• Ensure technical operability of demos before and during execution, collaborating closely with the sales team to adapt demos to real customer scenarios.
• Collect technical and operational feedback from end-users post-demo to enhance internal value.
• Create technical support documentation, operational guides, and associated materials for each deployment.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and confidentiality standards throughout the process.
• Manage suppliers, logistics, and third parties involved in the demo deployment.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of demonstration procedures and deployment methodologies.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial, or similar) or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Experience in installation, configuration, or technical deployments of hardware/software solutions.
• Knowledge of technical logistics or resource coordination in technological environments.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, sales teams, and technical teams.
• Strong documentation and operational guide writing skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alcobendas (Madrid).
