Demand Generation Lead - DACH Market (Freelance) Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Lead for the DACH market to join our dynamic team at 360Learning. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage pipeline creation and support our revenue team during a 10+ month leave of the current lead. As a key player in our high-performance marketing organization, you will have the chance to learn and contribute significantly.
What You'll Do
- Own pipeline creation for the DACH market, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales targets.
- Manage the performance of demand generation initiatives and collaborate with the EMEA Paid Marketing Manager.
- Oversee the DACH Demand Generation budget and achieve SQL targets.
- Define the marketing experiment roadmap to unlock new acquisition channels.
- Work closely with DACH BDRs to enhance lead follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to drive overall marketing success.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to improve performance and optimize campaigns.
- Contribute to a supportive company culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Native or business fluent in German and fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of SEM and social media advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus.
