DC Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DC Operations Manager remote to oversee the operations of our distribution center. This role is crucial in ensuring that our distribution center operates efficiently and effectively, providing a great working environment for all associates.

What You'll Do

• Manage operational excellence in all warehouse areas, ensuring efficient operations of warehouse management systems and related equipment.
• Assist the General Manager with evaluating work methods and recommending alternatives to achieve timely movement and processing of products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coach and develop associates through formal training programs and informal feedback.
• Ensure a culture of safety by adhering to safety policies and monitoring operational metrics.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a distribution center.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
