About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data and Business Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Engage in strategic pricing and revenue management analysis to optimize profitability.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives through data validation and operational reporting.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through strategic communication and presentations.
  • Participate in agile project management processes to ensure timely delivery of data projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in B2C SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with data management and lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and UX/UI design is a plus.
