• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
• Participate in technology monitoring and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
• Experience in automated testing and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of R or Scala for advanced data analysis.
