Data Analyst - Power BI & Excel Solutions (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team at ADM, where you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week in our Poznań office. As a Data Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Create and enhance Excel models, reports, and automation tools using advanced Excel techniques, including VBA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align analytical solutions with business objectives.
  • Collect and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven improvements to existing workflows.
  • Ensure clear and consistent documentation of analytical processes and outputs.
  • Configure and maintain the Blackline platform for financial reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end data collection and reporting for KPI development across multiple sources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or finance context.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA for automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level).
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.

  • Experience in financial analysis or reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
  • Knowledge of additional data analysis tools or programming languages.
