What You'll Do

  • Evaluate marketing and branding ROI across media-buying channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior, payment patterns, and retention to enhance segmentation.
  • Automate reporting and build dashboards for key metrics like LTV, ARPU, retention, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor data quality and help automate analytical workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in iGaming, digital marketing, or fintech.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python is a plus.
  • Background in statistics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of key business metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, LTV, ARPU, etc.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
