About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a CX Data Intelligence Analyst Intern - Remote. This internship provides hands-on experience in customer experience (CX) data analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment. As a CX Data Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will track, visualize, and interpret key CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, OSAT, CES, CLTV, churn rates, adoption curves, and renewal trends. This role is perfect for students looking to build a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and CX insights.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the CX team to design behavioral tracking mechanisms supporting continuous improvement.
  • Map and analyze customer touchpoints to identify friction points and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports to provide visibility into CX performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather frontline insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Support exploratory projects leveraging AI to automate insights and improve customer engagement.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing the experience for multilingual customers.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of customer experience metrics and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in data analysis.
  • Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or customer experience.
