Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience with CRM applications, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
