  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and experience with ticketing systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
  • Familiarity with legal drafting processes and software verification.
  • Experience in quality assurance and testing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to make a positive impact.
