About the Role

Kit is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager - Scaled Accounts to join our dynamic team. This Customer Success Manager remote position allows you to work from anywhere, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our scaled accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for scaled accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing scaled accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
