Customer Success Manager I - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager I to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and responsive customer service experience. As a Customer Success Manager I, you will manage incoming service requests and coordinate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming service requests and prepare service quotations.

- Coordinate closely with the dispatching team for scheduling service appointments.
- Process customer inquiries using Salesforce to track and manage requests.
- Generate accurate service estimates based on established pricing guidelines.
- Follow up with customers to confirm approvals and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire service process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in service administration or customer service roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce.
- Experience with ERP systems for order entry is desirable.
