What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Passion for sustainability and knowledge of chemical management practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
  • Experience in SaaS environments is preferred.
