Customer Service Representative - Retail Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our retail sales team at VodafoneZiggo. This part-time role offers you the chance to engage with customers and provide exceptional service while working in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital part of our store in Hoogeveen, where your communication skills and curiosity will shine. What You'll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations and think quickly to resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Be available for 12 to 16 hours per week, with a preference for 16 hours.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for customers.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work on Mondays from 13:00 to 18:00 and Wednesdays from 09:30 to 18:00.
• Willingness to work two Saturdays per month from 09:30 to 17:00.
• Extra availability during holiday periods is a plus.
