About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join DBS Bank in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and bank policies for all processes related to banking transactions.
• Process cash transactions, transfer transactions, and clearing of instruments.
• Handle the receipt and processing of cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders, and other instruments.
• Manage requests for new account openings and transaction updates, either independently or in collaboration with an officer.
• Respond to customer service inquiries regarding account balances, transaction details, statements, and fees/charges.
• Address customer queries and grievances within defined timelines, escalating issues to appropriate authorities when necessary.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of banking experience.
• A graduate degree, preferably in Banking or Commerce.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of internal and external regulations.
• Good computer knowledge.
