About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at tldraw. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support across various functions.

What You'll Do

• Support accounts payable processes, including managing invoices, executing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Manage vendor portals and ensure invoices are correctly shared with our accounting partners.
• Track and manage recurring subscriptions and payments across company tools and services.
• Create and send invoices to customers while monitoring incoming payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Assist in recruiting operations by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening interviews when appropriate.
• Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring teams.
• Assist with operational tasks across the company, maintaining documentation and supporting leadership with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

• Based in London and willing to work from our Finsbury Park office.
• Early in your career with strong organizational and operational instincts.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and processes.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and operational workflows simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
• Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable learning and using new software tools.
