In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service solutions while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Customer Service Freelancer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally and service-oriented.
  • Document customer requests in our CRM system accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently as a freelancer with a flexible schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in German (C1/C2 level).
  • Ensure a suitable workspace and stable internet connection for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our team on various inbound projects.
  • Participate in comprehensive onboarding and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in German (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated with a reliable work style.
  • Must have a private workspace equipped with necessary hardware.
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbit/s.
  • Residence in the EU or willingness to relocate.
