About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at Syngenta Group. What You'll Do
- Support the sales team with customer marketing and demand generation activities to drive business performance.
- Lead execution of customer marketing-related activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Implement the annual marketing plan in close collaboration with the sales team, ensuring alignment with the agreed marketing budget.
- Design and deliver campaigns, including New Product Introductions (NPIs), utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
- Organize customer events such as demo days and local exhibitions to engage with customers effectively.
- Develop marketing support and communication materials while adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Provide data-driven customer insights and feedback to improve business performance.
- Manage the Syngenta Vegetable Seeds Country website and enhance interaction with growers through social media and messaging platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong background in marketing with experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of customer behavior and preferences to create effective campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and website CMS systems.
- Experience in creating customer-facing marketing communication materials that comply with brand standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends for targeted campaign development.
- Creative thinking and adaptability to changing customer needs and market trends.
