About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Engagement Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Bitwarden. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience across the EMEA region. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in driving user success and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement onboarding procedures that ensure customers are effectively integrated into our platform.
  • Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer feedback with product development.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and in-person workshops to educate users on our products.
  • Engage with the Bitwarden community to promote user success and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sales strategy discussions to align customer engagement with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of user experience principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma for product design is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in Linux and Windows systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the security or open-source software industry.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and learning development.
  • Background in project management or clinical data abstraction.
