About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Manager - Remote to join our team at Bitwarden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer success across the EMEA region. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services and products, fostering long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and setup for new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement that promote retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytics to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or engagement roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
  • Experience with onboarding procedures and user experience design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with technical support processes and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of account management and sales strategies.
