Back Office Commercial Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Back Office Commercial Specialist to join Nearchimica's dynamic team. This role offers you the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a global leader in chemical auxiliaries and dyes for the textile industry. As a Back Office Commercial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the order cycle, supporting documentation for clients and vendors, and coordinating operations with suppliers and logistics to ensure precision, punctuality, and quality service.

What You'll Do

• Process orders and update statuses in the CRM system.
• Manage delivery notes and digitally archive documents.
• Send safety data sheets (SDS) and technical notes to clients.
• Organize sales activities including schedules, materials, and follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, directing requests to the appropriate contacts.
• Contact suppliers for quotes, timelines, and operational information.
• Coordinate transportation and shipping with logistics and partners.

Requirements

• Belong to the Protected Categories under Law 68/1999, Article 1.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stress.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and teamwork.
• Experience in back office commercial or order office roles, even briefly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email (Outlook).
• Good written English skills at an operational level.
