About the Role

We are seeking a talented Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership Manager to join Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As a Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating partnerships that enhance our offerings and expand our reach.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Partnership Manager in daily account servicing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
• Support lead identification and pitching appropriate products to potential partners, contributing to effective presentations.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth technical integration of partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
• Suggest innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong industry knowledge to identify and engage with key local players.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is essential.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Disciplined work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Educational background: Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior work experience is necessary.
• Knowledge of APIs is highly preferable.

• Experience in a similar role within the crypto or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with digital asset trading platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills and project management experience.
