Credit Trader - Prime Finance (Remote)

About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Trader to join our team and drive growth of the Prime business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry. This Credit Trader remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Trade stablecoins for on and off ramp needs related to clients trades and/or funding trades and perps for hedging.
• Trade derivatives for yield and hedging purposes.
• Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield, and funding.
• Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well future funding facilities across CEFI and DEFI.
• Help manage key external funding partner relationships to expand our ability to borrow tokens and funds to support our business.
• Regularly analyze risk levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trading, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience related to crypto markets, fintech, and financial systems.
• Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups.
• Strong risk management acumen and developing control frameworks around them.

Nice to Have

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
