About the Role

• Help build and scale a pipeline of high-quality, culturally relevant creators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing creators, influencers, or talent across social platforms.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and partnership terms.
• Strong existing network or roster of creators, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, gaming, or culture spaces.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
