About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Digital Experience Designer to join our remote team at GTE. As a Creative Digital Experience Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping how millions of people interact with our brands online. You’ll transform ideas, stories, and campaigns into powerful, immersive experiences that captivate, convert, and inspire.

What You'll Do

• Design digital experiences that tell compelling stories, bringing campaigns, products, and promotions to life through visually stunning layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to create interactive, conversion-focused experiences.
• Utilize modern design tools such as Shopify, Webflow, and Figma to build and refine online experiences.
• Experiment, test, and iterate to continuously improve the visual and emotional impact of our digital touchpoints.
• Stay inspired by trends in design, culture, and technology, bringing fresh creative energy to every project.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or creative e-commerce (Shopify, Webflow, or similar).
• Strong command of visual design, layout, and brand storytelling, with proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end tools to bring your designs to life.
• A creative portfolio showcasing aesthetic flair and problem-solving skills.
• Growth-oriented mindset, comfortable with trying, testing, and iterating quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit thriving in a fully remote, global team.
