About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Host to join our team at SEA LIFE Loch Lomond. This part-time, seasonal role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fun and engaging environment where you will interact with guests and help create memorable experiences. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be at the forefront of our attraction, ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable time.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the attraction, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Engage with guests of all ages, delivering informative talks and shows that promote conservation and education.
• Lead Behind the Scenes Tours, showcasing the wonders of marine life and our conservation efforts.
• Facilitate interactive workshops for school groups, enhancing their learning experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist in promoting our retail shops and restaurants, offering guests exclusive discounts.
• Be flexible with your schedule, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak confidently to large groups.
• A friendly, hardworking, and multifaceted personality that can engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Passion for marine life and conservation is a plus.
