What You'll Do

• Deliver a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests as a Craps Dealer.
• Utilize your math skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips.
• Conduct gambling games such as Blackjack and Roulette while ensuring adherence to all established rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe gaming environment by monitoring player actions and verifying customer ages.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and team members.
• Assist customers in understanding the games and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Comply with all security policies and procedures to ensure a safe gaming space.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills as a Craps Dealer.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months of dealing experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of cash handling and Colorado gambling regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for gaming and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment.
• Familiarity with various casino games beyond Craps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
