- Prepare sophisticated board papers and resolutions.

- Conduct thorough self-reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and manage stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial services.
- Extensive exposure to sophisticated corporate secretarial processes.
- Experience managing complex client deliverables and stakeholder communications.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.
- Proficiency in preparing complex board papers and regulatory filings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
