About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Secretary Officer for a remote opportunity at IQ-EQ. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial services for complex matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. As a Corporate Secretary Officer, you will work with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the preparation of complex corporate documentation and filings.

  • Build advanced knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices.
  • Prepare sophisticated board papers and resolutions.
  • Handle complex regulatory filings and compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial services.
  • Extensive exposure to sophisticated corporate secretarial processes.
  • Experience managing complex client deliverables and stakeholder communications.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing complex board papers and regulatory filings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial systems (e.g., CAS).
