Content & Social Media Marketer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Content & Social Media Marketer to join our remote team at Shift Markets. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about digital marketing and want to make an impact in the FinTech industry. As a Content & Social Media Marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement through various marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the production of SEO-driven content, including blogs, gated assets, and sponsored content.
• Manage the full social media content lifecycle: drafting, scheduling, engagement, and performance measurement.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated flows.
• Support event logistics for key events throughout the year.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align messaging with paid campaigns.
• Rebuild email marketing foundations through audits and segmentation fixes.
• Apply AI tools for content drafting and optimization.
• Ensure attention to detail across all public-facing materials.

Requirements

• Strong B2B marketing experience is required.
• Hands-on experience in writing content and managing social media channels.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword strategy, and analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM and email platforms like Zoho or HubSpot.
• Excellent writing skills and editorial sensibility.
• Production mindset with the ability to deliver clean, accurate work consistently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools like Figma.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Familiarity with landing page tools or light design editing.
