Content Manager – AI Characters (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Manager – AI Characters to join our fully remote team at MindAlter. In this role, you will take full ownership of established AI influencer brands, driving their growth and refining their identity. This is a creative and strategic growth position where you will not only create content but also shape the narrative and performance of our AI characters across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve AI influencer brand identities, ensuring voice, aesthetic, and narrative consistency.
• Shape and refine each character’s online presence to maximize audience connection.
• Create and oversee high-quality short-form content with obsessive attention to detail.
• Craft hooks that stop the scroll in under one second and content that sustains attention.
• Manage and scale Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts using data-driven growth strategies.
• Continuously A/B test content formats to optimize retention, engagement, and conversion.
• Drive traffic from social platforms to monetization channels and hit performance targets.
• Lead virtual assistants with clear SOPs and quality standards.
• Build and maintain structured content calendars in Notion with 100% posting consistency.
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments before they peak.

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar).
• Ability to point to real results, not hypotheticals.
• Strong short-form video editing skills, able to independently create high-performing content.
• Exceptional visual judgment and strong brand consistency instincts.
• Experience working with AI content tools or a demonstrated history of mastering new creative tools quickly.
• Data-driven operator who actively tracks metrics, identifies patterns, and iterates fast.
• Deep, native understanding of internet culture, formats, pacing, trends, and shareability.
• Obsession with hooks, retention, and watch time; you think in seconds, not minutes.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple brands, pipelines, and collaborators.
• Self-directed and accountable; you deliver results without hand-holding.
