About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Content Design Intern to join Sigma Computing for the Summer 2026 internship program. This Content Design Intern (remote) position is perfect for graduate students who are passionate about creating user-friendly content in our product interfaces. At Sigma, we aim to transform the way organizations access and utilize data through our innovative cloud-native business intelligence platform.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with our talented product design team to enhance user experience through effective UX content.
  • Audit, write, and refine UX content for navigation, buttons, links, tooltips, and error messages.
  • Own a project from concept to delivery, ensuring content is simple, straightforward, and friendly.
  • Work closely with product management, user research, and customer success teams to gather feedback and improve our solutions.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced content designers and product team members.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Design, UX/Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in US English.
  • Demonstrable understanding of design thinking and research methodologies.
  • Ability to clearly explain content decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US during the Summer 2026 program.

  • Portfolio showcasing UX content and design process.
  • Experience in information architecture and research methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
