Community of Hope Site Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Community of Hope Site Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our Family Resource Center in Hanover, ensuring a welcoming and mission-driven environment for families and partners. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact in your community.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the Resource Center to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
- Implement the service delivery model with consistency and fidelity.
- Coordinate site programming and events that meet community needs using a strength-based approach.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and meet all reporting and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with families, volunteers, partners, and school staff to support engagement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Track site data and share trends, gaps, and outcomes with the Program Manager.
- Ensure all participant interactions are trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in program coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with family support services, community resources, and best practices in supportive service environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred; experience with ChildPlus is also preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole (speaking, reading, and writing) strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work-related documents, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
