About the Role

We’re looking for a Commission-Only Technical Sourcer - Remote to join our dynamic team at MLabs. This is an exciting opportunity for freelance sourcers who are passionate about finding top talent for various roles. As a Technical Sourcer, you will actively search for candidates, make initial contact, and pass their CVs and salary expectations to our internal team. Your focus will be solely on sourcing, allowing you to work flexibly and remotely from anywhere.

What You'll Do

  • Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Reach out to potential candidates, confirm their interest, and gather salary expectations.
  • Submit CVs and details of interested candidates to our internal team.
  • Keep track of candidates you’ve submitted for transparency and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, preferably in technical roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and various job boards.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and its hiring trends.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
