What You'll Do
- Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Reach out to potential candidates, confirm their interest, and gather salary expectations.
- Submit CVs and details of interested candidates to our internal team.
- Keep track of candidates you’ve submitted for transparency and follow-up.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience in candidate sourcing, preferably in technical roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Strong communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
