Commercial Building Maintenance Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for all maintenance tasks required on assigned properties, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of tenants. What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely maintenance solutions.
• Handle service calls promptly, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Inspect subcontractor work, including cleaning and flooring installations.
• Conduct monthly building walkthroughs and report findings.
• Communicate regularly with the office manager regarding supply needs and job progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for tenants and visitors.
• Adhere to all company policies, especially health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial building maintenance, including HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and maintain a neat work area.
