Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our team remotely. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the Clinical Operations Team throughout the full spectrum of clinical trial activities. This includes study start-up, maintenance, closure, and vendor management, all while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulations governing clinical trials.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the review, formatting, and finalization of clinical protocols and key study documents, including reports and the Study Master ICF Template.
• Provide administrative support for various tasks, including document review and formatting, updating project timelines, and following up on outstanding tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required to support the Clinical Operations Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Preferred but not required: a minimum of one year of relevant clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry.
• Preferred but not required: prior experience as a CTA and/or knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP, and CFR guidelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in document management systems.
• Knowledge of clinical data management.
