About the Role

We are looking for a Claims Specialist Trainer & Instructional Designer to join our remote team. What You'll Do

• Design and implement engaging training programs for claims handling and insurance processes.
• Utilize e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Moodle to create interactive learning experiences.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Analyze training needs and develop curriculum tailored to various learning styles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in claims handling or instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products.
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving in training contexts.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI in training methodologies.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes in training development.
