About the Role

As a Cinematic Director, you will play a crucial role in the full cycle of cutscene creation, from pre-production to final cinematics, collaborating closely with writers and game designers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full cycle of cutscene creation, ensuring high-quality cinematic experiences.
• Collaborate with writers and game designers to develop engaging narratives and visual storytelling.
• Organize and coordinate the work of animators, VFX specialists, and sound designers to achieve project goals.
• Record motion capture performances, working directly with actors to integrate raw animations into projects.
• Utilize Unreal Engine Sequencer to create stunning cinematic sequences that enhance gameplay.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine Sequencer and cinematic production.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles and composition.
• Experience in film, animation, or the gaming industry.
• Extensive gaming experience and ability to reference games and films effectively.
• Basic sound design skills are a plus.
